Stencils

     Stencils are a great way to get a particular look that is difficult using custom tape designs, or for large surfaces.  There is an added cost for stencils, and they are best used for exterior work as the overlay material works best when sprayed on while using stencils.  For the interior, stencils used with an adhesive backing so that the overlay can be trowled down.

Stamped

     Stamp overlays are able to give a variety of designs much like the stencils.  There is more expense with stamped to the larger amount of overlay material needed for stamped product.  The advantage of stamped overlay is that you are able to have a thicker product which has a deeper texture and often better resembles the natural variances in stone, brick and wood.  Stamped designs make great borders when used with stencils or custom designs.
